There are 2 log-in methods, and they may have different passwords.
The one on the website menu is your jballen.com log-in (managed through the paywall software). You can change this password by going to https://jballallen.com/subscriber-profile/

The other is your WordPress password. This is the one that is harder to find, at the bottom of your computer sidebar menu or the bottom of your smartphone window. (see below)

The difficulty comes because the website typically asks you for your WordPress password, and not your jballallen.com password.

Once you are a subscriber, the correct password for either works, but they ARE NOT THE SAME. People who have two different passwords to the site and to WordPress can get tripped up.

You can change your website login — as opposed to your WordPress login by going to your account page and changing it on your own.
