Wednesday brought a Jingu slugfest that wasn’t another game of Munetaka Murakami slugging solitaire for a change, although Domingo Santana did his level best. Imanaga’s command was exceptional most of the game, and his fastball, particularly, up in the zone was electric. The lefty threw 11 first-pitch strikes.
